traced picture o_0..... / ^_____^

DA is so weird and unfair @_@ !! When I went on the frontpage this morning I saw a traced picture WTF?? Why is this kind of thing so popular??
I don't care if some people like to trace anime pictures, but why does it have to appear on the first page of DA like if it was a masterpiece o_0 ??!!
There is so many artists here who are working on original drawings, or even beautiful fanarts who will never be recognized as much as this guy <_< and this because of the new browsing system ~_~

EDIT:
And another one o_0!! Looks like the admins of DA find normal that traced pics without any changes from the orginal are on the front page as if it was real art...
This person had more pageviews as me in 1 month (I'm here since 2003)
So maybe my art is just crap and it's possible too, and this person is a veryyyy good artist...
And why everyone in his page is telling how much he's talented o_0... tracing a picture... even a 10 years old child can do this, it's definetly not art in my eyes and it requires no talent, and not as much time as a real drawing....
I would like to test something, tracing naruto pictures to see if the pageviews will increase as fast as this person XD... But I don't like naruto

and tracing is so boring ~_~
